The Pollinator Garden is a joint project of Cranberry Township – which owns the facility – together with Cranberry Highlands and Burgh Bees. A part of Cranberry Highlands’ Audubon Sanctuary certification program, the Garden provides a bee-friendly habitat adjacent to the municipal golf course for honey beehive placement and instruction. Cranberry Highlands Golf Course received certification in Environmental Planning from the Audubon Cooperative SanctuaryĬranberry’s Pollinator Garden is designed to be a community resource for education about pollination and beekeeping.
