(STR lets me equip GMB even if I swap Annihilus to another char) I mean cmon, it takes time to implement new features, like if they were to introduce a new class or new skilltrees or whatever, BUT it takes almost no effort to tweak some values / change functions to work similar to existing methods. The balancing changes are literally value changes and have absolutely nothing to do with cdn/server/infrastructure issues as those are already set.Īnd the dia clone thing, i can see it easily implemented, you have the code for single player spawns (1 soj sold) you have the code for multiplayer spawn (each soj sold adds a counter for that server group), now if you wanna lets say take the sp change and bring it to bnet you d combine these codes (if you sell 1 soj in game send data to server and let dc spawn in that one game). unless d2r somehow gets big again or manages to keep itself afloat for the next xxx years. I read somewhere that the major d2r team were moved away since release, they have a little team to keep maintaining the game for a set amount of time until the gradually remove em. You really think d2r has different teams at this point? LOOL
